Approach
and Process
We believe the best results come from a process that is forged from experience. Our design and development approach blends creativity with strategy and has been refined over the years to ensure goals are met and outcomes exceed expectations.
Our
Process
Discovery and Planning
We take time to understand your business, your business culture, any existing pain points you have, and your goals for your website and branding. We discuss technical needs for the site and feature requests and / or suggestions. We also review existing content and discuss any content needs for the site.
Mock Up Design And Content Strategy
The mockup phase is where ideas start taking shape and is an essential part of the creative process. We create detailed mockups before development begins to help us fine-tune design direction, branding, and structure while identifying any design challenges early on. During this stage, we also write / rewrite / organize content, building a cohesive story where design and messaging work hand in hand.
Design Review
We review the website mock ups with you to get your feedback. The mock ups are edited until you are happy with the design and give approval to begin development.
Website And Content Development
Assets and final content are collected or created and we begin transforming the design into a fully functional WordPress site, optimized for usability, speed performance, cross browser and device performance, and accessbility.
Review and Revision Process
When the initial draft is ready, we review the website with you and collect feedback and revisions. We go through rounds of the revision process until the website is approved for launch.
Approval And Launch
We have a robust launch checklist that has been developed over the years to ensure successful deployment including steps to make sure your site is correctly indexed by search engines and indexable by LLM’s.
Post Launch Calibration
Launch isn’t the finish line. We watch the site over a set time period and analyze real user interactions and collect real user data to uncover friction points and opportunities for improvement, then make targeted updates.
